Fire crews from Tadcaster, York and Acomb attended a three vehicle collision between a Mazda, Citroen C3 and a bicycle. Driver of Citroen trapped.
Fire Service extricated the male driver aged approximately 28, using hydraulic cutting equipment and specialist tools. Male was taken to hospital by ambulance with suspected neck and spinal injuries. No other persons trapped. Cyclist, male had only slight cuts and bruises.
