A man has been charged with the murder of a York man in 2007.
John David Clarke, known as David, of Huntington Road, York, died aged 43 in 2007.
His body was recovered from the River Foss near Towthorpe on 18 April 2007.

David Roustoby, 44, of Rawcliffe Lane, York, has today (Friday) been charged with his murder.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 11 April 2020.
Back in 2007 Mr Clarke’s body was spotted by a member of the public who called police.
At the time York CID asked for anyone who saw him in the days leading up to his death to contact them.
