A road near Tadcaster is closed by a crash this afternoon (Sunday).
The A162 Mill Lane at Grimston is shut after the incident happened at 3.05pm. It involved three vehicles, said police.
The road is expected to remain closed for some time due to one of the vehicles being on fire.
Drivers are urged to avoid the area.
