The A64 has reopened after a crash that partially blocked the road.
The eastbound carriageway was partially blocked due to a collision at the A1036 Tadcaster Road junction.
It was first reported at 8.24am.
Traffic was queuing all the way down to Bilbrough and up to York Racecourse, but is now moving freely again.
