Some properties in the Fishergate area of York have been without water tonight after a main burst.
Yorkshire Water is on the scene carrying out repairs.
Michael Scott told YorkMix that they had lost water supplies at about 10:15pm (Thursday night)
Yorkshire Water’s Twitter team told YorkMix:
“We apologise for the inconvenience our repair work on Melbourne Street is causing on and for the loss of water supply to the area.
“We do expect water supplies to be restored to the area within the next 2-3 hours (Posted at 01:15 Friday)
