The cycle and footpath exit from the long stay car park at York train station has been closed again.
Last night part of the wall of a Victorian building collapsed onto the walkway.
LNER tweeted a picture to show what had happened. Nobody was hurt in the incident.
The exit route is used both as a way off the platforms and a shortcut to the city centre from Holgate Road via Lowther Terrace.
Today there are Network Rail teams on the scene cleaning up the masonry that scattered across the path and making temporary repairs to the brick work.
An investigation into why it collapsed was underway today . On Friday the path was reopened but then closed off again in the evening.
The building that the bricks fell off is thought to have been built in the mid 1800s. YorkMix understands it used to be cattle sheds.
