Meet Phil!
Phil is the most wonderful 2/3 year old Springer Spaniel! He came to the RSPCA with around 80 other dogs who were in a terrible condition, and he is the last one still here at the home. Once he has warmed up to you he is the most affectionate boy and loves to run and play. Don’t take our word for it though, the team that care for him at the RSPCA have told us more about why he is so special… (Watch the video below!)
