A gang attack in York left a man in hospital with stab wounds.
Police were called to Grosvenor Terrace at 1.58pm on Sunday (14 July) after a report of a man being attacked by a group of youths.
The Firearms Support Unit went to the scene and saw a group of youths running near Scarborough Bridge.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Four youths were arrested in connection with the investigation.
“Using information received about the incident, the officers also recovered a knife nearby.”
The victim, a local man aged in his 40s, had suffered a wound to his back which required stitches at hospital.
The youths have been released on conditional bail while enquiries continue.
