Police are investigating after a dog attacked a worker at a York shopping centre.
It happened outside Greggs at Foss Islands Retail Park at 8am on Monday, 4 November.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said that “a pit bull, brindle in colour, that was tied to railings, has jumped up and bitten a workman on his wrist causing injury which required hospital treatment.”
Police are asking anyone with information, or who has CCTV or phone footage capturing the offence, or anything happening on the street before or after, to get in touch.
