Police are hunting for this man.
Kristian Franks, 34, from York, is wanted after failing to answer bail set by the court in relation to a charge of rape.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Extensive enquiries have been carried out to locate him and we are now asking members of the public to report any sightings.
“Please contact North Yorkshire Police if you have any information about his whereabouts.”
It is the second time Franks has been subjected to such an appeal this month.
On 2 January, police put out an appeal to find him for failing to attend court.
They arrested him later the same day.
