Police are investigating an incident at a busy York junction.
It happened on Clifton at its junction with Clifton Place at around 5.45pm last Thursday (13 March).
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The victim reports a cyclist with a Deliveroo backpack has got off his bicycle and hit him with the bicycle near to the current roadworks.”
