North Yorkshire Police issued a CCTV image of man they wish to speak to following a sexual assault in York.
The incident happened at around 8:30pm on Saturday 5 July, at SPARK York, and involved a man attempting to kiss a woman whilst she was delivering drinks at a table.
The man has now been identified and the appeal has been removed
