But to taste it, you would have to travel all the way to Leeds. Not for much longer.
Because Asian-inspired street food traders Little Bao Boy are to open in York very soon.
Serving up bao buns, gyoza and loaded fries, the team have two permanent sites at Springwell Leeds and North Brew Taproom. And people rave about the food on the TripAdvisor pages for these venues.
They also pop up across the North in their mobile street food setup.
