Emergency services were called in after reports of someone balancing ‘precariously’ on a bridge in York.
The incident took place yesterday evening (Tuesday) just before 5pm, on Ouse Bridge.
Police officers and fire crews from York and Acomb attended the scene.

A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue spokesperson said:
“Crews attended reports of a person balancing precariously on a bridge. This person was apprehended by Police and no action was required by Fire Service.”
We have approached North Yorkshire Police for more information, more as we get it.
