Four people were arrested in an operation on a York street yesterday (Tuesday).
A number of police vans descended on Fossway in Heworth at about 2.45pm.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Four local men, aged 32, 30, 23 and 19, have been arrested in connection with drugs and theft related offences.
“They were arrested on Fossway in York at around 2.45pm on Tuesday (13 August 2024).
“They were taken into custody for questioning.”
