The Great British Bake Off 2021 is back with judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith alongside presenters Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas.
And, of course, 12 more amateur bakers hoping to whisk and ice their way to victory

And among them is Freya Cox from North Yorkshire.
Aged 19, she is the youngest taking part in this year’s Bake Off.
The psychology student lives with her parents while studying so she’s able to care for her horse, Winnie.
A vegan, she aims to bake patisseries that no one can tell are vegan.
“I am a massive perfectionist, so my strengths are definitely intricate details,” she told Channel 4.
“I love the decorating side of baking, I think it gives everyone a chance to be creative and share their own personal skills. I’d say my weakness is probably the faffiness of pastry and bread.”
Among her rivals in the Bake Off tent are a police detective, a retired midwife and a software developer.
