Hate crime in Acomb: Man racially abused at supermarket

A man was threatened and racially abused at a York supermarket.

Now North Yorkshire Police are appealing for information and witnesses following the hate related public order crime.

The incident happened at Morrisons on Front Street, Acomb, when the man was subjected to threatening and racially abusive language.

This took place at around 3pm on Wednesday (June 20).

Anyone with information which could assist the investigation is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police.
