A teenager and a 20-year-old are the latest to be charged in connection with the incident in which led to a tragic death on Haxby Road, York.
Police investigating the death of Sam Wilson charged two more men in connection with the enquiry on Tuesday night (October 14).
The men, aged 19 and 20, have each been charged with one count of manslaughter and are due to appear at York Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, October 15.
The appearances relate to an incident which took place at around 1.50am on Saturday 11 October 2014, on Haxby Road, York, which resulted in the death of Sam Wilson, 21, after he was hit by a taxi.
It is believed he had been involved in a violent incident a short time before being struck by the car.
