She says it has blocked access to Boston Spa from the Wattle Syke roundabout at the Wetherby end.
The council has been informed.

The high winds have blown away any prospect of a market in Helmsley today.

Today, Carlton Towers remains open but its woodland walk is closed due to Storm Éowyn.
The winds will peak at lunchtime in York today.
