A crash is causing problems at a key York junction this morning (Tuesday, 14 November).
It is on the A64 near the Fulford Interchange.
The AA reports: “One lane closed and queueing traffic due to crash on A64 Eastbound from A1036 Tadcaster Road to A19 (Fulford Interchange).”
There are long tailbacks all along the south section of the A64.
A crash that was causing congestion at a key motorway junction has now been cleared.
It was on the A1M Northbound from junction 46 – the B1224 Racecourse Approach (Wetherby) to junction 47 A59 (York / Allerton Park) this morning (Wednesday, 8 November).
The road is now fully reopened.

It is on the A1M Northbound from junction 46 – the B1224 Racecourse Approach (Wetherby) to junction 47 A59 (York / Allerton Park).
The AA is reporting slow traffic in the area.
It says: “Delays of eight minutes and delays increasing on A1(M) Northbound between J46 B1224 Racecourse Approach (Wetherby) and J47 A59 (Allerton Park). Average speed ten mph.”
There is also slow traffic on the A59 around Kirk Hammerton Lane due to roadworks.
A crash on a main York road is causing traffic congestion this evening (Friday, 27 October).
It is on the A64 between the Hopgrove and Flaxton.
The AA is reporting that traffic is heavier than normal and there’s “severe delays” with queueing traffic on the A64 both directions.

A serious crash has closed a North Yorkshire road this morning.
North Yorkshire Police issued this alert at 5.39am: “We’re currently dealing with a serious road traffic collision on the A59 between Harrogate and Skipton.
“The road is currently closed at Kettlesing head.
“Motorists who are travelling between Harrogate and Skipton are advised to find an alternative route.”
