An innocent man in a wheelchair was injured after a fight broke out among three other men in on a York street.
It happened on Fishergate at about 9.15pm on Thursday 10 July.
Police said the injured man was not thought to be involved in the altercation.
He was taken to hospital for treatment for a head injury.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The altercation spilt out from the pavement into the road, stopping traffic outside the Masons Arms.

“We are appealing for information from any members of the public who may have witnessed the incident. In particular, anyone travelling in a vehicle on the road at the time that will have stopped.”
