Fire and Rescue Crews from Selby and Tadcaster, North Yorkshire Police and the Air Ambulance have been called out to help a man who had become trapped in a root vegetable sorter.
The incident happened in the Burn area.
Station Manager Tony Walker said the man had injuries to his foot which didn’t appear to be too serious. He was taken to hospital by road ambulance in the end.
