Police are appealing for information following an assault in York that left a man needing hospital treatment.
The incident occurred at around 3am on Thursday 24 July, on Micklegate.
The victim was attacked by three men during the early hours and sustained injuries that required him to go to hospital.
Location
Two men have been arrested in connection with the assault and released on bail, but officers are particularly keen to identify the third man involved.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the police as soon as possible.
