Following a washout July, better weather is on the way.

The forecast says there might be light showers mixed with the sunshine in York today, with a top temperature of 19ºC.
Then it gets warmer midweek, with sunny intervals and temperatures reaching 25ºC on Thursday.
Rain is back in the forecast for early on Friday, but with a sunny afternoon and evening.
This weekend is set to be mixed with potential showers on Saturday afternoon and a dry day with sunny intervals on Sunday.
