Police are investigating after a 17-year-old girl was sexually assaulted on a York bus.
The teenager was touched inappropriately on a First York bus at 4.15pm on Friday (November 2).
Officers are also investigating comments of a racially abusive nature by an unknown male suspect.
The bus journey went from Ousegate to Foxwood Lane in Acomb.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesman said:

We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
In particular, we are appealing for information about from anyone who may have witnessed the assault take place or knows who is responsible.
