The Principal York has bolstered its ranks by making two new appointments.
William Hunter has joined the hotel as leisure club manager while Stefan Mitsevski has been appointed director of operations.
Both have many years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
General manager of Principal York Tracy Harrison said: “We are delighted to welcome William and Stefan to our team.
“The decision to hire two senior appointments was not taken lightly, we felt it was important to hire people with clear hospitality experience as well as a strong work ethic and a personality that will suit our team.
“William and Stefan clearly bring vast experience and passion for the industry, these qualities are vital for them to succeed at our hotel.”
Stefan was most recently acting general maanger for the Indigo London Paddington hotel.
His duties will involve overseeing the whole hotel operation, supporting the commercial team and improving the guest experience from check-in to check-out.
William was most recently sport and fitness manager at Henshaws College.
