TV star and thrill seeker Guy Martin is heading to York for an unmissable weekend of speed.
The Speed Show is an adrenaline-fuelled, action-packed weekend perfect for speed enthusiasts – that aims to celebrate ‘everything that moves fast in a straight line’.
The two-day event will feature an electrifying lineup of drag racers, high-performance motorbikes, jet cars, and a special appearance from Guy Martin.
The Speed Show is at Elvington Airfield, York, on Saturday 22 to Sunday 23 February 2025.
Guy will be showcasing the Spirit of GB bike at the event as he gears up for his upcoming world record attempts, and fans will have the unique opportunity to see him up close and witness the machine that could make history.
And there’s plenty more for motorsport lovers to enjoy over the weekend too.
There will be a huge display of speed machines, more than 50 vehicles competing in 100-metre drag races, a jet car flame display, and a huge variety of vendors and traders offering everything from motorsport gear to memorabilia.
If you’re a thrill seeker, you can also experience the rush firsthand by riding shotgun in a Monster Truck, Escort RS2000, or Motorbike Sidecar.
Tickets are currently on sale for this family-friendly event, and start from £10. There is also a camping ticket option available, as well drag racing entry tickets.
