Updated: The wanted man was arrested on Monday.
A York man who has gone on the run twice already this month is again wanted by police today (Sunday).
Kristian Franks, 34, was arrested for breaching court bail last week following a previous appeal.
He is now wanted for breaching a sexual risk order.
Previously police put out an appeal on 2 January, when Franks wanted for failing to attend court. He was arrested later the same day.
