The Evil Eye Lounge has no fewer than 1,028 different gins available for sale – which has been officially recognised as a new world record.
It is now listed in the Guinness World Records for ‘Most varieties of gin commercially available’.
That means if you drank a different variety every day at the Stonegate bar, it would take you more than two years and nine months to go through the whole selection.
The Evil Eye’s Shelley Green was inspired to attempt the record after her son received a Guinness World Records book for his birthday.
