Police are searching for wanted York man Adam Humpherson.
The 38-year-old is wanted for recall to prison.
Humpherson failed to comply with his release conditions after being imprisoned for reckless driving, and is also a suspect in a theft from a shop.
Humpherson is believed to be in the York area and has associates in the Clifton area of the city.
He also has links in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact us on 101 and speak to the Force Control Room.
“If you see him, please call 999 immediately to ensure he can be quickly arrested.”
