A York property company has added to its portfolio with the purchase of a mixed-use commercial scheme in the Oxfordshire market town of Henley-on-Thames.
Helmsley Group has secured the Grade II listed former coach house in the town west of London, which dates back to the 17th century.
The building at 21-23 Hart Street stands within a private courtyard and is divided into a large restaurant currently leased to Zizzi and two self-contained courtyard offices.
There’s also a 20-bay car park, taking the total site area to one third of an acre.
